Nowadays, the major manufacturers produce great printers.  They are full of functionality and give superb results.  They are also comparatively cheap.  They come with a set of cartridges but what they don't tell you is that those cartridges are only filled to about 20% of their capacity.  So you run out of ink, you go to the supermarket to buy refills and are horrified that the price of a set of cartridges is not that much less than you paid for the printer itself!

We have invested in a professional vacuum-based refill machine.  This is not a messy syringe system that you buy from eBay for 5 quid.  This is exactly how the manufacturers make and fill cartridges.

We take your cartridge and test it.  If necessary it will be thoroughly cleaned in a sonic bath so as to loosen any residue.  Then a centrifuge will be employed so that there are no foreign bodies inside the cartridge.  Finally, a vacuum clean to remove anything else left inside, down to the size of grains of pollen!

Then the "magic" begins.  The cartridge is placed in a vacuum and the ink is introduced.  This guarantees no air and thus print problems and voila - your cartridge is ready to go.

There are many different models of cartridge and it would be impractical to list everything on this website.  As a rule of thumb, expect to pay around 50% of the shop price for manufacturer cartridges.  We cover all makes and models of printer.  We can supply specialist inks also if you have one of the high-end HP photo printers for example which has a black pigment cartridge as well as a black dye cartridge.
