David Hodge - LeRoque IT
My name is David Hodge.  I have been in the IT industry most of my working life, the last 30+ years.  For the last 21 years, I worked for Hewlett-Packard firstly in the UK, then here in France until the opportunity to take early retirement came along.

Since living in the Aquitaine area of France, we at LeRoque IT have noticed that there is little provision for help with IT problems and reliable support services. 

We can bridge this gap for you.  Our experience, along with CompTIA and Microsoft certifications proves our credentials.  Our past work life with large companies, supporting corporate customers, has taught us that solid procedures and processes are important in the support chain.  This also applies to the customer service needs of the individual private user.  You will not be left alone without contact or status update.  Your problem is our priority and a speedy resolution of the same is our goal.  As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

We will happily travel to your home or premises to work on your PC, laptop or network - we understand the inconvenience of disconnecting everything.  We charge a nominal fee per km from our base in Pardaillan, which is between Duras and Eymet in the Lot-et-Garonne.  We cover most of the Lot-et-Garonne, Dordogne and Gironde.  Of course, you are welcome to bring your equipment to us, by appointment.
